​The patio (5 euros per day) / terrace (5 euros) and / or bedroom (10 euros) can be rented extra with studio Casa Conmigo, we are flexible to talk about all options!

Cosy Casa offers you two great places to stay in the beautiful area of the Guadiana river. The village Sanlucar de Guadiana is situated below Seville, Andalusia (2 hours drive) and east from Faro, Algarve (nearest airport, 1,5 hours drive).

Cosy Casa consists of two apartments,

Casa Conmigo and Casa Jualida​​

Casa Conmigo is a large studio, perfect for two persons. It has everything you need: a double bed, a kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a cosy living area. The studio was recently rebuilt and restored from an authentic andalusian village house. All building materials used (wood, paint, stain etc) were environmently friendly and the new roof and ceiling have perfect isolation. This makes the studio quite unique in the area, since as well in summer (nice and cool) as in wintertime( relatively warm) it has a good temperature. Casa Conmigo has a sleeping couch and so can also be rented out to 4 persons or a family with one or two young children.



​Casa Jualida is next door and offers a complete house, ideal for a family or two couples. It is also very suitable for long term renting (different prices).

The kitchen and extra bedroom are currently still under minor construction to make it even more perfect for our guests.
More information will follow as soon as it will be ready for renting!

Note: there is already now the possibility to rent the studio Casa Conmigo plus the

extra sleeping room in Casa Jualida  (if not rented out at the same time). Ideal for if you like more privacy when being with two couples or more friends! On top of that the patio and terrace can be rented extra with studio Casa Conmigo.
